Dave DeMore started in the landscaping industry while in high school, working for Early Bird Landscaping in Perry, Ohio. After high school, Dave went into the construction business, focusing on sales and installation.
In 1998, Dave went back to his "roots", returning to the nursery industry in a sales position. After years of working for nurseries, it was apparent his customers' needs could not be satisfied with one grower.
